Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.oshunsquared.com.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

FedEX does not provide shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.oshunsquared.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oshun Squared is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Oshun Squared will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.oshunsquared.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.oshunsquared.comis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S. based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. 

Returns Policy

 

All sales are final.  We accept returns for store credit or exchange, for items damaged in transit. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a ,store credit or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must email us at oshunsquared@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will provide store credit for the full purchase price of your item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, plants, beadwork or books cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Statues
- Custom 
- Opened packages

To complete your damaged return, we require pictures and a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial credit are granted 
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Store Credit or Exchange 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account or within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be store credited or exchanged.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oshunsquared@gmail.com and send your item to: 609 Chalkstone Avenue , #2, Providence RI 02908, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 609 Chalkstone Avenue , #2, Providence RI 02908, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or exchange amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a return item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
